“At Work” is a serie of photos taken during the Pope Franciscos #popeinsweden visit to Sweden. I mainly focused on the working force around the event in Lund, Sweden.
There are those altruistic reasons that comes with the job: public service, protecting your community and knowing that you’re making a difference for the people around you.
Though mounted police were once a rarity we still have them, nowadays cops and cars go together like, well, like Starsky and Hutch.
…. there’s nothing like seeing them patrolling the town with their smiles and their heavy officer’s utility belt…. its as close to being like Batman as you can legally get.
And, you have to admit, most police belts just look cool…..
Having fun on the job is the ultimate perk….
And then there is the reporters…..
Their scepticism can sometimes become cynicism… however..
They juggle complex intellectual, legal, commercial and ethical issues every day, simultaneously and at high speed, all while giving the impression of being little deeper than a puddle…
Be aware…. they might just catch you on camera……
